Keynote: The chef’s point of view - the role of innovation in the agrifood value-chains, from farm to fork
Could there be a more fitting finale than hearing from a Michelin-starred chef who transforms innovation into flavour, from seed to kitchen?
Let’s get inspired by Iside De Cesare, Executive Chef and Owner of “La Parolina” for an out of the box keynote speech around creativity, innovation, and the importance of "unlikely alliances” in the agrifood sector. Innovation impacts the places, the actors, the methods, the products of the agrifood value chains: she will share her relationship with innovation and the way it is impacting her work.
Thanks to her long-lasting collaboration with Lazio Innova Food Innovation Hub, she will share first-hand insights and reflections on how a chef can benefit and support incubation and acceleration programmes fostering more sustainable, inclusive and innovative agrifood ecosystems in Europe and beyond.
